This is where you can find out all about our Festival how you can sell your products, how much it costs and all the other information you need to make it a successful weekends’ trading.To book your place please complete the online booking form below . Your pitch will not be guaranteed until payment in full is received. Important final details for set-up on the day will be emailed to successful applicants 1 – 2 weeks before the event although we will be in touch before then to confirm or decline your booking.

NOTE we’re already being inundated with enquiries from prospective stall holders they will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please read our Terms and conditions before you complete the form below.

Important that you give your correct personal name and home address, your final pass will be mailed to this address.

If you use a third party to pay for your stall on PayPal under a different name please make this quite clear on your application to ensure we understand who to credit the payment to.

 The description of what your selling is very important, we need to clearly understand this to avoid duplication if and where possible, but no guarantees can be given.

Product Information Please give a full description of your products/food and tell us why your product is different/stands out from the rest. You may include links to your website and you can email us photos. Tell us why you’d like to have a stall at our event. Please feel free to use additional paper if required.
FOOD VENDORS ONLY - Which Local Authority You're Registered With - NOTE: if you are not registered you will not be eligible to cater for our event.
NOTE: if your rating is less than 3 you will not be eligible to cater for our event. You will be required to email a copy of your latest food hygiene inspection report by end of May 2020 and to bring a copy of the certificate with you to the event. If you cannot display this on the day you will not be permitted to trade. There are no refunds for non compliance.
